1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Sara Czerny.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after the order is submitted.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT (where applicable) and other price components. Shipping costs are added and clearly communicated during the order process.

5. Order Processing Time
Can be different for each order, depending on various factors (e.g. if the order is ready to ship out or require customization, if framing is included for artwork previously not framed, or if any special requests are being involved), however the standard processing time for ready to ship orders is 1-3 days.

6. Delivery
We deliver within Germany and Internationally. The usual delivery time is set by the Delivery Services Provider and is beyond our control.

7. Payment
Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal, or via any other method shown during the checkout process.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please see our separate Return Policy for details.

10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
